STK Las Vegas (3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South, inside The Cosmopolitan) posts daily 2:30–5:30 PM, bar and bistro only, with $12 specialty cocktails, $10 wines, and $5 Michelob Ultra and Stella Artois. At Fashion Show Mall, El Segundo Sol posts Sunday–Thursday 3–6 PM in the bar with on-the-rocks or frozen margaritas $6.50. Downtown, Chart House Las Vegas (129 East Fremont St, Golden Nugget) posts Monday–Friday 4–6 PM with $9 cocktails, $8 premium spirits, $10 premium glass wines, and $6 beer bottles. Out west, Honey Salt (1031 S Rampart Blvd, Summerlin) posts Monday–Friday 3–6 PM with house wine $8, draft beer $6, well cocktails $8, Choose Your Own Mule $7, Berry Bliss $11, and a featured cocktail $11.
Bites worth crossing the Boulevard for
STK's food bands run $7–$29: $7 food including the Lil' Brg, hummus plate, beet and burrata, crispy chicken, grilled chimi filet, salmon slider, and scallop and avocado ceviche, plus a 4oz filet $29. El Segundo Sol prints chicken tinga or barbacoa tostada $5.00, loaded fries $7.00, spicy shrimp ceviche $8.00, and steak or shrimp mini fajita $12.00. Chart House Fremont plates run $8–$12: $8 lettuce wraps, tempura green beans, and seared ahi nachos; $10 kim chee calamari, coconut crunchy shrimp, and firecracker shrimp; $12 prime rib sliders, fish tacos, and Baja shrimp cocktail. How to run it
Start on the Strip at 2:30 for STK's daily board. Walk the mall side by 3 for $6.50 margaritas and a $5 tostada. If the night moves downtown, Chart House's 4–6 Fremont window is the standing date; Summerlin's Honey Salt covers the west-valley drive. Full windows live on Deals and On now.
